Montgomery ADU
This client wanted a modern space apart from their main house to be able to entertain guests and enjoy summer evenings. Working with our architect and some inspiration photos, we utilized all the space to make an entertainer's dream.
Blue Ash Addition
These clients wanted to add an en-suite addition to the front of their house to increase their square footage and give them a private space. The final product is warm, luxurious and inviting.
Primary Bathroom Remodel
The homeowners wanted a larger primary bathroom. So we took space from an oddly shaped walk-in closet they weren't using, moved some walls, plumbing and electric around. We added new flooring, a new custom shower, new double vanity and the room looks 100% more inviting with space to spare.
Mud Room Addition
For this family, a space to put coats and shoes was becoming a necessity. We tried to keep as much character of the older home as possible, while adding the latest in electric, insulation and windows/doors to keep utility costs to a minimum and the space comfortable year-round.
